Hello! I am Carissa Rutland Smith and I am a 1st Grade teacher here at C.B. Watson Primary. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Connecticut State University in 2004. During my career as an educator, I have worked with children of all ages.  I operated my own daycare for 4 years before relocating to GA. My husband and I, along with our five children, moved to Warner Robins in 2013.  I became a Watson Warrior in 2020. 

 

I love teaching and watching my students grow and become lifelong learners. In the little spare time that I have, I enjoy sewing, crocheting, and creating. I look forward to having a great year at C.B. Watson!
